Job Overview

We are hiring candidates for International Voice Process opportunities across multiple reputed multinational organizations in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane.

Candidates will be evaluated through MyGlit AI-powered profile screening and matched with suitable openings based on their experience, communication skills, qualifications and employer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.

- Resolve customer queries, complaints and service requests professionally.

- Provide customer support, technical assistance or banking-related support depending on the assigned process.

- Maintain quality, compliance and customer service standards.

- Achieve productivity, customer satisfaction and process performance targets.

- Work effectively in a fast-paced international BPO environment.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

- Location: Must currently reside in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane. Candidates planning to relocate are not eligible.

- Qualification: Graduate or HSC.

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience.

- Communication: Good spoken English, listening and comprehension skills.

- Process Knowledge: Prior International Voice customer service experience is mandatory.

- Shift: Must be comfortable with rotational and night shifts.

- Work Mode:



Must be comfortable working from the office.

Important: Freshers and candidates without International Voice experience are not eligible and will be rejected during AI screening.
