About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements for US Healthcare positions.
Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networking platforms, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate conversations to evaluate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and job suitability.
Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, shift timings, and other relevant details to candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate information, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal recruitment teams.
Learn US Healthcare staffing terminology, recruitment practices, and market requirements.
Work towards recruitment targets and performance metrics after completing the training period.
Eligibility Criteria




Freshers with 0 years of prior work experience are eligible to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Willingness to learn recruitment processes and US Healthcare staffing.
Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with US business hours.
