About the job
Key responsibilities:
A. Brand and campaign management:

1. Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing calendars.
2. Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
3. Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, store footfall, and sales growth.
4. Maintain consistent brand communication across company-owned and franchise outlets.

B. Digital marketing and social media:

1. Lead the overall social media strategy, content planning, and campaign calendars.
2. Coordinate with creative and digital agencies for content, reels, and performance marketing campaigns.
3. Ensure digital marketing initiatives align with business objectives and seasonal promotions.
4. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

C. Website and online sales:

1. Develop marketing campaigns to increase website traffic, conversions, and direct sales.
2. Plan promotional offers and support landing-page optimization.
3. Collaborate with the technology and online sales teams to improve the customer journey.
4. Manage promotional visibility and campaign planning across Swiggy and Zomato in coordination with the online sales team.

D. Packaging and in-store branding:

1. Lead packaging design, innovation, and periodic brand refreshes.
2. Oversee in-store branding, point-of-sale materials, store launch creatives, and promotional displays.
3. Ensure consistent visual communication across all outlets.

E. New product launches:

1. Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
2. Collaborate on product naming, packaging communication, and product positioning.
3.



Plan and execute launch campaigns across relevant marketing channels.

F. Agency and team coordination:

1. Manage relationships with creative agencies, digital marketing partners, and production vendors.
2. Collaborate with the online sales, CRM, offline sales, and internal marketing teams.
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and according to brand guidelines.

G. Marketing performance and reporting:

1. Monitor campaign performance, marketing expenditure, and return on investment.
2. Analyze campaign effectiveness, sales impact, and brand visibility.
3. Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
4. Continuously optimize marketing initiatives to improve business results. Skill(s) required
