About the Role

We are seeking experienced Godot Game Engine specialists to support an AI training project. In this role, you will use Godot to complete real-world 2D and 3D game development tasks and explain your workflows step by step.

Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand game development.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify 2D and 3D games using Godot.

- Develop gameplay mechanics, animations, and UI elements.

- Work with GDScript, scenes, nodes, and game physics.

- Troubleshoot game issues and optimize performance.

- Complete advanced Godot tasks and explain your workflows step by step.

- Create clear instructions and detailed prompts for game development workflows.

Required Qualifications

- Strong qualified hands-on experience using Godot Game Engine.

- Experience with GDScript or C# programming.





- Good understanding of 2D/3D game development, scenes, nodes, and animations.

- Ability to develop, debug, and optimize gameplay systems.

- Access to Godot and the ability to record your screen while completing tasks.

- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

- Ability to explain technical workflows clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

- A portfolio of Godot game development projects.

- A relevant master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.

- Previous human data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.

- Experience with multiplayer games, game physics, or UI/UX development.

- Professional experience in game development.
