Role Description The Customer Support Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Thane. This role is responsible for leading and supervising the customer support team, ensuring prompt and effective handling of customer inquiries, issues, and escalations. The Customer Support Manager will monitor service quality, track key performance metrics, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coaching team members, developing support processes,



collaborating with technical and operations teams to resolve complex issues, and maintaining clear documentation of support activities. The role also involves identifying service gaps, recommending solutions, and contributing to a customer-centric culture across the organization.

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction.

Ability to handle and oversee Technical Support activities, including coordination with technical teams and understanding basic product or system issues.

Solid Analytical Skills to interpret support metrics, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to improve processes.

Proven experience managing or leading a customer support or service team in a business or consulting environment.

Comfort with using CRM or helpdesk tools and standard office productivity software.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
