The role involves hands-on architecture and development across React.js, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL, along with responsibility for performance engineering, observability, CI/CD, releases, and production stability.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and delivery of responsive React applications and scalable Java backend services.- Define reusable frontend architecture, component patterns, state management, API integration standards, and coding conventions.- Establish service design, testing, security, logging, error handling, and operational-readiness standards.- Conduct architecture, code, test-strategy, and production-readiness reviews.- Drive application performance, scalability, reliability, resilience, security, accessibility, and observability.- Troubleshoot frontend latency, API bottlenecks, JVM issues, database connectivity, slow SQL queries, and scalability challenges.- Configure and maintain Dynatrace dashboards,
