Role Description The Sales Executive role at BLUTYGA is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging customers, explaining product features and perks, and driving in-store and local market sales. This role includes managing relationships with retail partners, executing promotional activities, and providing feedback on customer preferences and market trends. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate sales records, support inventory management, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging. Daily activities also involve meeting sales targets,



delivering high-quality customer service, and representing BLUTYGA's values of outdoor, sun-positive living.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in retail or field sales, ideally in apparel, sportswear, or lifestyle products.

Basic business and reporting skills, such as tracking sales performance, handling POS transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Local market awareness in Kozhikode and the surrounding region, with the ability to identify new opportunities and build partnerships.

Proactive, self-driven work style, with the ability to meet targets, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with store and head office teams.

Comfort with using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, messaging apps) for sales tracking and internal communication.

Prior experience in outdoor, sports, or lifestyle brands is an advantage; passion for outdoor activities and sun-positive living is highly beneficial.

a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
