Workians Realty is a leading real estate consultancy in Delhi NCR, 120+ people strong, and a channel partner for Godrej, M3M, DLF and Prestige. We run an AI-driven sales operation — data-informed advisory, tech-enabled lead management, and an on-camera brand built around our leadership team.

You will own sales strategy across premium and luxury projects in NCR, build and mentor a large team, and be a visible face of Workians Realty in market videos, project walkthroughs, founder-led content and client-facing digital communication.

Own sales targets and P&L; for your vertical across Godrej, M3M, DLF and Prestige mandates
Lead, coach and scale a team of sales managers and associates
Appear regularly on camera — market updates, project reviews, buyer advisory,



brand content
Work with leadership on sales plans, pricing strategy and AI-driven forecasting
Represent the company at launches, events and industry forums
10+ years in real estate sales, with at least 5-6 in Noida premium/luxury residential

- Solid on-camera English and Hindi; Exposure to developer-side or channel-partner premium sales
- Bachelor's degree; MBA an advantage
