Job Description :- SAP CO Consultant with S4 HANA Exposure - Must be experienced with a blend of core controlling expertise and specific knowledge of the new functionalities and simplifications within the S/4HANA environment. - Responsible / accountable for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of the SAP Controlling module, leveraging S/4HANA capabilities to meet an organization's financial management and cost controlling objectives.- Must have Skills with minimum of 10-15 Years of experience : Core SAP CO and S/4HANA - In-depth, hands-on configuration experience across all SAP CO sub-modules. - S/4HANA Knowledge : Strong understanding of the changes and simplifications in S/4HANA compared to ECC, such as the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and the Business Partner concept. - Proficiency in Material Ledger configuration, especially for actual costing, which is a mandatory skill in S/4HANA environments. - Experience in setting up real-time Margin Analysis (new CO-PA in S/4HANA) and embedded analytics for financial reporting. - Fiori Apps : Exposure to SAP Fiori applications and up-to-date user interfaces for finance and controlling processes. - Integration : Expertise in cross-functional integration points with MM, SD, PP, and PS modules. - Data Migration : Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques in S/4HANA (e.g., Migration Cockpit). - Lead or participate in full life-cycle SAP CO implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support,



following methodologies like SAP Activate.- Collaborate with finance and controlling stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, define the "To-Be" state, and propose solutions within SAP CO.- Configure and manage core CO functionalities, including :1. Cost Element and Cost Center Accounting.2. Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Material Ledger (with actual costing expertise).3. Profit Center Accounting and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) / Margin Analysis.- Ensure seamless integration between SAP CO and other modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.- Develop functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects) and work closely with ABAP/technical teams.- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).- Prepare documentation, including business process procedures (BPPs), functional designs, and end-user training materials.- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and performance.- Stay current with SAP S/4HANA best practices, new features (e.g., Fiori apps, embedded analytics), and industry trends.- Experience in setting up real-time Margin Analysis (new CO-PA in S/4HANA) and embedded analytics for financial reporting. - Domain Expertise : A strong background in finance and accounting principles (e.g., IFRS/GAAP, cost accounting).- Analytical & Problem-Solving : Excellent ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective solutions.
