Lead and manage all aspects of engineering activities, including planning, execution, and delivery
Support pre-bid engineering, cost estimation, and budgeting activities
Partner with cross-functional teams (Projects, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Field Services) to ensure project execution meets timelines and quality standards
Drive achievement of project objectives such as sales targets, operating margin, and asset performance (including DSO and inventory turnover)
Ensure timely submission of engineering documents, purchase requisitions, and final project deliverables
Review engineering documents (e.g., Promote innovation and cost optimization in engineering design and execution
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements
Build, develop, and coach a high-performing team while managing workforce planning and attrition
Identify training needs, support capability development, and maintain a skills matrix
Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date engineering procedures and templates

You make sound and timely decisions, even in uncertain situations, to keep projects on track. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related engineering field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in engineering project execution, preferably within industrial or oil and gas environments
Strong understanding of instrumentation systems, engineering standards, and quality assurance practices
Experience in managing engineering teams and coordinating cross-functional activities
Experience in Terminal Automation Systems (TAS) or similar solutions
Familiarity with engineering contract management and negotiations
Exposure to international engineering standards and project delivery frameworks
Knowledge of inventory management and cost optimization practices
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
