Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Agenteeka's client portfolio. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through multiple channels, and nurturing prospects from first contact to conversion. The Executive will conduct discovery calls, understand client challenges,



and collaborate with internal teams to shape tailored AI-driven digital marketing solutions and proposals. Key activities include managing the sales pipeline, maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, coordinating with account management and delivery teams, and tracking performance against targets. Candidates should possess solid New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle negotiations, contract closures, and long-term client relationship management.
Candidates should possess experience in digital marketing or related domains, with familiarity in AI-driven or data-led marketing solutions considered an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or digital marketing are beneficial.
Demonstrated success in B2B business development, preferably within an agency, technology, or SaaS environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, use CRM tools effectively, and meet or exceed growth and revenue targets.
