Job Summary -

We are looking for a proactive and organized **Production Manager** to support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate with vendors, manage on-site production activities, and ensure smooth event execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing **Brand Activation** campaigns.
- Coordinate production requirements for **Product Launches**.
- Support the setup and execution of **Trade Shows & Expos**.
- Manage logistics and production for **Award Ceremonies**.
- Assist in organizing **Fashion Shows** and backstage operations.
- Coordinate production activities for **Music Festivals** and live events.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and event partners.
- Ensure timely setup, dismantling, and smooth on-ground execution.
- Monitor production quality, timelines, and budgets.




- Resolve on-site issues efficiently to ensure successful event delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in event production or event operations.
- Robust organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends or during event schedules when required.
