About the job
As a Food And Beverage Associate at Roastery Coffee House, you'll help keep daily service welcoming, accurate, and well organized. You'll support customers, prepare and serve orders, and follow safe food-handling practices throughout your shift.
Key Responsiibilities:

1. Welcome customers, listen to their requests, answer questions, and communicate clearly when clarifying order details.
2. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established instructions, checking each order for accuracy before handoff.
3. Handle customer concerns with patience, resolve straightforward issues, and involve a supervisor when needed.
4. Follow food safety and hygiene procedures, including proper handwashing, safe handling, and attention to storage and cleanliness.
5. Keep counters, work areas, and service spaces clean and orderly, completing routine cleaning as required.
6. Restock ingredients, supplies, and service items; let the appropriate team member know when stock is running low.
7. Work cooperatively with colleagues during busy periods, sharing updates and helping maintain a smooth flow of service. Skill(s) required
