M/s. Indian Terrain Fashions is looking for a customer-focused and proactive E-commerce Customer Care

Executive to join our growing E-commerce team.
Role: E-commerce Customer Care Executive
Location: Chennai (Perungudi)
Experience: 1–3 years in E-commerce Customer Support / Customer Care
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to website orders and customer concerns.
- Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal E-commerce teams for timely resolution.
- Track customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up and closure.
- Maintain customer support MIS and daily call reports.

Essential Skills
Strong verbal communication and customer handling skills.




Hands-on knowledge of Shopify & MS Excel is essential.
Experience in E-commerce order processing and post-purchase support.
Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls.

Language Preference
Tamil | English (Mandatory), Hindi (Positive to have)

Candidates who can communicate effectively in multiple languages will be preferred.
Who Can Apply

Candidates with experience in E-commerce Customer Support, Call Centre Operations, or Online Retail Customer Care.
