The Service Advisor is the primary customer-facing representative and single point of contact throughout the Repair Order journey, responsible for understanding customer needs, coordinating service and repair activities, ensuring timely communication, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting workshop productivity and profitability.

Graduate Or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

EXPERIENCE

- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in EV or Hybrid passenger automobile dealership aftersales/service operations. Experience in 2W or CV dealerships is not eligible.




- Familiarity with DMS/Dealer Management Systems and basic service KPI tracking is preferred.
- Proven track record in Customer Relationship and revenue targets.

Customer Reception & Communication: Coordinate technicians, Workshop Controller and Parts teams to ensure timely and quality repairs as per manufacturer standards; Quality Delivery: Ensure final quality checks and road tests before handover.
Drive CSI/CSAT, FRFT and customer retention through effective follow-up, timely concern resolution, and promotion of service packages, maintenance and value-added services.
Workshop & Business Performance: Achieve targets for labour and parts sales, accessories sales, RO value, productivity and customer satisfaction while optimizing bay utilization, effective job planning, and Same-Day Delivery wherever applicable.
Maintain accurate service records and DMS documentation.
Warranty Compliance: Ensure proper authorization and compliance for warranty and goodwill claims.
