We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Delivery Executive to handle the timely delivery of e-commerce products to customers while ensuring safe handling and proper customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver e-commerce products to customers at their given addresses.
- Collect and verify orders before delivery.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of products.
- Handle cash on delivery (COD) payments, if applicable.
- Collect customer signatures or delivery confirmation.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team.
- Handle customer queries and delivery-related issues.
- Maintain daily delivery records and reports.
- Ensure proper handling of products to avoid damage.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Must have a valid driving licence (if using a two-wheeler).
- Knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Must be punctual, honest, and responsible.
- Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
