We are hiring Sales Officers for SME & Business Banking across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in SME Loans, SME LAP, Prime LAP, Working Capital or Secured Business Loans, with strong field sales and customer acquisition skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers for SME Loans, Working Capital and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Generate quality business leads through open market sourcing, DSA channels and customer references.
- Build relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, traders and MSME customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and offer suitable loan products.
- Collect and verify loan application documents and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Support post-approval documentation wherever required.
- Achieve assigned monthly sourcing, login and disbursement targets.

Candidate Requirements:




- Minimum 1 year of experience in SME LAP, Prime LAP, Working Capital or Secured Business Loans.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC or Financial Services preferred.
- Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Local candidates with positive market knowledge preferred.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and open market sourcing.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: Up to 5 LPA (extendable up to 6 LPA for deserving candidates).
- Travel Allowance: 1,500 per month.
