We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Data Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing, processing, cleaning, validating, and maintaining business data while supporting daily data operations.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, basic SQL, database concepts, and data management. Candidates with a technical background and an interest in data analytics and automation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Organize, process, and maintain large datasets.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, formatting, and duplicate removal.
- Work with Excel and CSV files for data management and reporting.
- Use Excel formulas, filters, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
- Write basic SQL queries to retrieve, filter, and validate database records.
- Split, merge, and organize data files as per business requirements.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Prepare reports and maintain data accuracy across assigned projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete data-related tasks.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of business and customer information.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and data cleaning.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Understanding of data handling, CSV, and Excel files.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

- Basic knowledge of Python and Pandas.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and automation.

Educational Qualifications

- Must have completed B.Tech, BCA, or MCA.
- Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical backgrounds preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience can apply.
- Candidates with relevant academic projects, internships, or practical experience in Excel, SQL, or Python will have an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is technically sound, responsible, quick to learn, and comfortable working with large volumes of structured data. The candidate should have a problem-solving mindset and a genuine interest in data management and analytics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
