- Input production data into databases, spreadsheets, or other software systems accurately and efficiently.
- Update existing records with recent information as required.
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it with source documents.
- Generate reports and summaries based on production data as requested.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure data entry aligns with production schedules and requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data entry requirements or resolve issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding data entry and information security.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance data entry skills and knowledge of production processes.
