Data Entry Operators (5 positions)

Location: Angamaly, Kerala | Work from Office

Work Timings: Australian business hours | 5:00 AM start

Urgent start - Role commences from 1st December 2026

We're seeking 5 Data Entry Operators to support the day-to-day operations of one of our Australian clients.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with computers, has good typing skills and pays close attention to detail. The role involves entering and updating information in systems, preparing basic reports and carrying out routine administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update and maintain data accurately in company systems.
- Review data entries to ensure information is complete and error-free.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
- Organise and maintain electronic records, documents and files.
- Identify missing or incorrect information and follow up for clarification.
- Carry out basic administrative tasks, including email correspondence and filing.
- Complete assigned tasks within the required turnaround times.




- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good English communication skills, particularly for email correspondence.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, manage routine tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support will be an advantage.
- Experience with Sage X3 or similar ERP systems is desirable but not essential.
- Freshers are welcome to apply as Interns.
