Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Data Collection Executives to join our operations team at Bodh Gaya.

The selected candidates will be responsible for collecting, recording, organising and verifying data as per defined project guidelines. This role involves working with computer-based tools and following structured processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection.

Freshers who have basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and record data according to assigned project requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Operate computer-based applications and tools for data collection and documentation.
- Follow predefined instructions while performing assigned data collection activities.
- Review collected information to identify errors, missing entries or inconsistencies.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while entering and organising data.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned daily tasks and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with team leaders and supervisors regarding task progress and operational requirements.
- Maintain discipline, confidentiality and quality standards throughout the process.
- Report technical issues or process-related difficulties to the concerned supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Graduate




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site operational environment.
- Responsible, disciplined and comfortable working in a team.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Good observation and documentation skills.
- Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures.
- Time management and task coordination.
- Interest in technology, robotics and artificial intelligence.

Experience
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in data entry, computer operations, documentation or data collection may receive preference.
