We are looking for an experienced Data Center Implementation Specialist with expertise in data center infrastructure projects, RFP preparation, vendor management, and end-to-end project implementation. The ideal candidate should have experience working on government projects, handling tenders, coordinating with vendors, and managing large-scale data center infrastructure deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate end-to-end data center implementation projects, from planning and procurement to deployment and commissioning.

Prepare and manage RFPs, RFQs, technical proposals, tender documentation, and BOQs/BOMs for data center projects.

Review government tenders, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with OEMs, system integrators, infrastructure vendors, and government stakeholders.

Evaluate vendor proposals, conduct technical and commercial comparisons, and support vendor selection and negotiations.

Work with vendors on servers, storage, networking, racks, UPS, power distribution, cooling systems, and data center infrastructure.

Coordinate data center design, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, SLAs, regulatory requirements, and applicable data center standards.

Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, documentation, and vendor performance.





Support government tender submissions through GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement platforms.

Work closely with internal technical teams, procurement, customers, and implementation partners.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Data Center Implementation and Infrastructure Projects.

Hands-on experience preparing RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, technical bids, and tender documentation.

Strong vendor management, OEM coordination, and commercial negotiation skills.

Knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, power, cooling, and data center infrastructure.

Experience in technical evaluation, procurement, project planning, and implementation.

Understanding of government procurement processes and tender compliance.

Solid stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

Prior experience working on Government, PSU, State Data Center (SDC), or Smart City projects is highly preferred.

Experience handling government RFPs, tenders, and large-scale infrastructure deployments.

Familiarity with Tier III/Tier IV data center requirements, Uptime Institute standards, and TIA-942.

Relevant certifications such as PMP, CDCP, CDCS, or ITIL are an advantage.
