About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong expertise in MS Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. The candidate will be responsible for analysing data, preparing reports, developing dashboards, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyse large datasets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or other BI tools.
- Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps.
- Create data visualisations and present meaningful insights to management.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.




- Coordinate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

Required Technical Skills
- Advanced MS Excel: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, and data analysis.
- Power BI / BI Tools: Dashboard creation, data modelling, data visualisation, and report development.
- SQL: Basic to intermediate knowledge of queries and database handling.
- Robust understanding of data cleaning, data interpretation, and reporting techniques.
- Knowledge of Power Query and DAX will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
