Role Summary

Lead the engineering delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions, driving implementation of reusable ingestion frameworks, technical standards, integration delivery, deployment governance, and overall engineering execution across multiple onboarding waves. Responsibilities

Lead detailed engineering, reusable framework implementation, peer review, integration coordination, standards and technical delivery.

Technical lead for common Salesforce ingestion framework. Designs DQ hash & controlled reprocessing; owns build/deploy standards & runbooks.

Translates architecture into build; code & configuration reviews; DevOps & release management; mentors engineers, unblocks delivery.

Sprint estimation & technical backlog; CI/CD with metadata & data kits; performance tuning; environment & sandbox management.

Preferred Experience

Experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions at enterprise scale.

Experience leading Salesforce engineering teams and coordinating multi-source integrations. Solid understanding of CRM, customer data platforms, identity resolution, and data onboarding frameworks.

Experience establishing engineering standards, deployment processes, and technical governance practices.

Experience working with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Pardot and Eloqua.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
