Role Summary

We are looking for a CyberArk Operations Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk platform operations. The role will be responsible for operating and supporting CyberArk platform services for EMEA Banking and Securities businesses in a 24x7 operational support environment. The position involves credential vaulting, privileged session management, credential onboarding, incident resolution, and day-to-day administration of CyberArk services.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and support CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform services in a production environment.
- Provide 24x7 operational support for EMEA Banking and Securities business applications and users.
- Administer and support credential vaulting, privileged account management, and secure password storage.
- Perform onboarding, modification, and offboarding of privileged credentials/accounts into CyberArk.
- Support privileged session management, including session access, monitoring, troubleshooting, and connectivity issues.
- Handle incidents and service requests related to privileged account and password access.
- Troubleshoot CyberArk access, authentication, connectivity, and credential-related issues within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, network, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor CyberArk platform health and operational events and escalate platform issues when required.
- Perform password/credential changes, reconciliation, verification,



and related operational activities.
- Follow established operational procedures, change-management processes, security controls, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, ticket updates, incident records, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in shift rotations, on-call activities, major incident support, and planned maintenance activities.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM / Privileged Access Management.
- Experience with CyberArk components such as Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM.
- Strong understanding of privileged account onboarding and credential vaulting.
- Experience supporting privileged session management and access-related issues.
- Positive understanding of password management, credential rotation, reconciliation, and account lifecycle management.
- Experience in production support, incident management, service requests, and SLA-driven operations.
- Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments and basic networking concepts.
- Good understanding of enterprise security controls and privileged access concepts.

Positive to Have
- CyberArk certification such as Defender, Sentry, or equivalent PAM certification.




- Experience with CyberArk REST APIs or automation/scripting using PowerShell or similar tools.
- Exposure to Active Directory, LDAP, SSH, RDP, databases, and enterprise authentication mechanisms.
- Experience working with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change-management processes.
- Exposure to security operations, audit controls, and compliance requirements in banking or financial services.

Experience & Qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in CyberArk / PAM operations or enterprise security operations.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline preferred.
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in a 24x7 environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Operational Expectations
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts supporting a 24x7 operating model, including EMEA-aligned shifts.
- Ability to work under defined SLAs and respond effectively to high-priority incidents.
- Strong focus on security, operational discipline, documentation, and audit readiness.
