4. Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 In-Hand per month
5. Transport: One-Way Cab + ₹1,400 Travel Allowance

6. Shift: Rotational Shifts
7. Working Days: 5 Days a Week
8. Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer queries over calls related to travel services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers with travel-related service concerns and queries.
- Deliver timely and effective solutions while maintaining a professional approach.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and active listening.
