Position 1: Customer Support Executive – Freshers

- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Salary: Up to ₹3.15 LPA.
- In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹18,500 per month.
- Process: International Voice Process.

Position 2: Customer Support Executive – Experienced
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process.
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Salary: Up to ₹4.25 LPA.
- Salary Hike: 30% on last drawn CTC, subject to a maximum of ₹4.25 LPA.
- Process: International Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international voice support.




- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns within the defined timelines.
- Follow company policies, quality standards and process guidelines.
