Experience: 01 Year (Freshers can apply)

Salary: 18,000 25,500 In-hand per month

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Weekly Off: Fixed Saturday and Sunday

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle international customer queries through voice calls, live chat or blended support channels.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Candidates who have completed their 12th standard are eligible.
- Graduates and postgraduates from any stream are welcome.
- B.Tech graduates can also apply.
- Candidates currently pursuing graduation through distance education / open learning universities such as IGNOU, DU SOL or other recognised distance-learning universities are eligible.
- Regular college-going students will not be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are required for voice processes.




- Good written English and typing skills are required for chat processes.
- Candidates must be adaptable to work in International Voice, Chat or Blended Customer Support processes.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Benefits - In-hand Salary: 18,000 25,500 per month.

- Salary will depend on communication skills, educational background and overall candidate profile.
- 5 working days with fixed Saturday and Sunday offs.
- Free two-way cab facility for candidates residing within the eligible cab service zone.
- Candidates residing outside the cab service zone must be willing to relocate to Gurgaon.

Job Location & Relocation The job location is Gurgaon. Candidates residing in Gurgaon and nearby eligible locations can apply.

Candidates from Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and other locations must be comfortable relocating to Gurgaon if they fall outside the company's cab service zone.
