Healthcare (Radiology / Cardiology/ Ancillary Preferred)

Oversee incident, problems, and service request management across imaging applications and IT infrastructure.Lead a team of engineers, ensuring coverage across network, server, storage, RIS/VNA, and application layers.Drive strategic initiatives such as cloud migration, virtualization optimization, workflow automation, and SSL security enhancements.Collaborate with hospital IT leadership, radiology/cardiology departments, and vendors.Provide reporting and analytics on system performance, downtime, and incident trends.Ensure cybersecurity compliance for imaging systems, dictation platforms,



and infrastructure.Adoption of advanced image post‑processing techniques to improve clinical workflows.Skills & Requirements8-10+ years of experience in imaging application and IT infrastructure support.Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams (network, server, cloud, database, RIS/VNA).Ability to design and implement automation frameworks (PowerShell, WMI, cloud-native tools).Knowledge of disaster recovery planning, enterprise storage strategies, and SSL security protocols.Solid database troubleshooting skills (SQL queries, performance tuning).QualificationsBE in CSE, IT, or BME MSc in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Biomedical Engineering.Certifications: Good to Have CCNA, ITIL, HL7, DICOM.
