Hiring: Accounts Payable Customer Service Specialist | Pune | Face to face interview
Location: Pune – Work from Office
Experience: 4 to 6 years
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM | Monday–Friday
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Must-Have Skills – Mandatory
- 4+ years of Accounts Payable / P2P experience
- SAP Concur experience – Mandatory
- Travel & Expense (T&E;) experience – Mandatory
- Finance / Procurement Helpdesk experience – Mandatory
- Strong understanding of P2P / Accounts Payable processes
- Invoice processing, vendor management and query resolution
- Customer/vendor complaint and escalation handling
- Contact-centre calibre voice and accent
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Robust email writing and MIS/Excel skills
- Willingness to work from office 5 days a week for the first 6 months
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration
Selection Process: 1 round face-to-face interview at the Pune office
