Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of DMS, SFA, and RTM technology solutions.- Manage multiple client projects, delivery timelines, budgets, and SLAs.- Build and lead high-performing delivery teams across projects.- Manage senior client relationships, escalations, and delivery governance.- Drive delivery performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.- Oversee implementations, rollouts, integrations, and continuous improvements.- Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.Required Skills:- Solid hands-on experience in DMS, SFA, and RTM solutions.- Experience in FMCG/CPG, sales technology, and distribution systems.- Proven leadership in large-scale technology delivery and client management.- Experience managing delivery budgets, P&L;, and team performance.- Knowledge of SaaS/cloud platforms and ERP/SAP integrations is preferred.Total Experience: 17-20 years (ref:hirist.tech)
