Job Overview

We are looking for Portuguese Language Experts with experience in Finance Operations and invoice processing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have intermediate-level Portuguese language proficiency or a graduation degree in Portuguese, along with mandatory SAP Ariba exposure.

The candidate will be responsible for processing invoices in Portuguese and English, coordinating with business stakeholders, resolving invoice-related queries, and ensuring accurate invoice posting and approval workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and validate invoices received in Portuguese and English.

- Enter and post invoices in SAP Ariba for approval.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders to obtain the necessary approvals for Portuguese-language invoices.

- Review and resolve invoice-related discrepancies and processing issues.

- Handle business queries received through emails and ticketing systems.

- Communicate with Portuguese-speaking stakeholders to clarify invoice requirements and resolve issues.

- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing in accordance with defined SLAs and quality standards.

- Maintain proper documentation and follow established finance operations procedures.

- Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- 2–8 years of relevant professional experience.

- Intermediate-level Portuguese language proficiency or graduation in Portuguese.





- Mandatory hands-on exposure to SAP Ariba.

- Ability to read, write, translate, and interpret Portuguese.

- Experience handling Portuguese-speaking clients or business stakeholders.

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).

- Graduation is compulsory.

Valuable-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

- Understanding of invoice processing and validation.

- Basic knowledge of journal entries.

- Exposure to account reconciliation.

- Experience in Finance & Accounting or shared services operations.

Important Recruitment Guidelines

- Candidates must have completed their graduation.

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education is mandatory.

- Candidates must be comfortable working flexible shifts between 11:00 AM and 2:00 AM IST.
