Transportation : 2 Way Transport for ( 30 Kms)US Rotational Shifts
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate with customers through voice, chat or email, depending on the process.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.
Follow company processes, quality standards and performance guidelines.
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates with 0-5 years of experience can apply.
Positive communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in day or rotational shifts.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
