We are seeking an experienced Training Manager for our Deep Cleaning Category. The Training Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality delivery of deep cleaning services across the assigned city.

The individual will be responsible for leading training initiatives, developing and refining training content, and providing technical and behavioural training to service partners. The role will focus on building partner capabilities in cleaning techniques, equipment handling, chemical usage, safety standards and service SOPs to ensure a consistent and delightful customer experience.

Lead training programmes for service partners offering deep cleaning services in the assigned city.

Develop and refine training content covering deep cleaning techniques,



service SOPs and industry best practices.

Provide hands-on training on cleaning equipment, machines, tools and products used during deep cleaning services.

Train partners on appropriate chemical usage, dilution ratios, surface compatibility and safe handling practices.

Ensure partners follow safety, hygiene and quality standards, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Provide behavioural training focused on communication, grooming, professionalism and customer handling.

Implement training interventions to improve service quality, productivity and customer experience.

Lead and guide a team of trainers to ensure consistent training delivery across locations.

Monitor training effectiveness and partner performance, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training requirements and develop solutions to address performance gaps.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in top-tier hotels, facility management or startups, preferably in training and development.
- Experience in housekeeping, deep cleaning, facility operations or related cleaning services.
- Robust understanding of cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, safety standards and service quality.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering technical and behavioural training for blue-collar workers.
- A strong focus on customer experience, service quality and continuous improvement.
