The ideal candidate will specialize in teaching children with physical, mental, emotional, and learning disabilities. As a Special Educator, you will be responsible for developing tailored teaching plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. You will collaborate closely with parents and support staff to assess students' progress and help them achieve significant learning milestones. Assess children's skills and learning requirements to identify their individual needs. - Design and implement Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) that address the specific challenges faced by students with mild to moderate disabilities. - Collaborate with parents and school staff to track students' progress and make necessary adjustments to teaching strategies.
