The role is based on-site in Bangalore and requires a professional who can represent the company with clarity, patience, and accountability across every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer questions promptly, accurately, and courteously while guiding customers through products, features, and service processes.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain complete and accurate interaction records in CRM or ticketing systems.
- Follow up on open cases to confirm resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and share feedback that can improve service workflows and the overall customer experience.
- Meet established quality, productivity, response-time,



and customer satisfaction metrics while consistently representing Hypernova's values.

Requirements

- Strong customer service and customer support skills, with the ability to handle diverse inquiries professionally.
- A customer-focused approach centered on satisfaction, trust, and long-term relationships.
- Mandatory: Fluency in both English and Hindi, along with excellent phone etiquette and clear communication.
- Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
- Mandatory: Relevant e-commerce experience in a customer-facing, contact center, or service-focused environment.
- Comfort using CRM or ticketing tools and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore, manage shifts as required, and perform effectively in a target-driven environment.
- A high school diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; additional training in customer service or communication is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred. Salary is flexible for the right candidate.
