About the job
You will own lead generation on LinkedIn: finding the right companies and decision-makers, starting conversations, and booking qualified meetings and demos for our sales team.
Key responsibilities:

1. Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
2. Identify decision-makers (marketing, product, CX, IT, and digital heads) in BFSI, travel, healthcare, and e-commerce.
3. Run outreach campaigns: connection requests, InMail, and follow-up sequences.
4. Pitch Zapim's messaging and AI voice solutions and book demos.
5. Keep lead data and pipeline status updated in the CRM.
6. Track outreach and conversion metrics, and refine messaging and targeting with the sales and marketing teams. Skill(s) required

Other requirements

1. MBA from a reputed institute.
2. 1 to 5 years in lead generation or business development, preferably in telecom, CPaaS, SMS,



or digital marketing.
3. Freshers from top-tier B-schools with strong communication skills will also be considered.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools is a plus.
6. Robust research, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
7. Self-driven and target-oriented.
