Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – P2P Quality to lead end-to-end quality control operations within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable function. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the complete Accounts Payable cycle, quality assurance, audit management, root cause analysis, process improvement, and SLA/KPI management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate strong understanding of the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, including Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Payments, Vendor Master, and Travel & Expenses (T&E;).

2. Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations and ensure adherence to Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters, SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.

3. Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

4. Ensure daily audits are performed and reported to internal and external stakeholders.

5. Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 5 Whys reports for errors, along with preventive action plans.

6. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of team responsibilities in compliance with organizational policies and standards.

7. Monitor and ensure adherence to SLA and KPI targets.

Identify process gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.

9. Manage internal reporting and SLA adherence.

10. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets for turnaround time (TAT) and accuracy are consistently achieved or exceeded.

Good to Have

- B.Com / M.Com / Postgraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.

- Experience in Accounts Payable processes.

- Valuable understanding of Finance and Accounting operations.

- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Advanced Excel.
