Role Description The Commis Chef 2 is a full-time, on-site role based at Bloom in Ranchi, supporting the kitchen team in delivering consistent, high-quality food for guests. This position involves assisting with food preparation, basic cooking tasks,



and plating under the guidance of senior chefs, while adhering to Bloom's standards and recipes. The Commis Chef 2 helps maintain a clean and organized kitchen, follows hygiene and safety protocols, and ensures proper storage and labeling of ingredients. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their culinary skills in a structured, quality-driven hospitality environment.

Candidates should possess strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills to support daily kitchen operations.

Relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen, preferably in a commis or junior chef role.
