Annualized compensation is an illustrative equivalent based on 40 hours/week × 48 weeks/year. Actual earnings depend on hours worked, project availability, and approved work.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced FreeCAD specialists with expertise in BIM and IFC workflows to support an AI training project. In this role, you will use FreeCAD to complete real-world architectural and engineering modeling tasks and explain your workflows step by step.

Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand CAD and Building Information Modeling.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify 3D CAD and BIM models using FreeCAD.

- Work with architectural elements, building structures, and IFC files.

- Develop and validate BIM models using FreeCAD’s BIM tools.

- Troubleshoot modeling issues and improve IFC compatibility.

- Complete advanced FreeCAD BIM tasks and explain your workflows step by step.

- Create clear instructions and detailed prompts for BIM and IFC workflows.

Required Qualifications

- Solid professional hands-on experience using FreeCAD.





- Experience with BIM modeling and IFC file formats.

- Good understanding of architectural modeling, 3D CAD, and BIM workflows.

- Ability to create, edit, and validate IFC-compatible models.

- Access to FreeCAD and the ability to record your screen while completing tasks.

- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

- Ability to explain technical workflows clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

- A relevant master’s degree or PhD in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Previous human data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.

- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software.

- Professional experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC).
