Bell Immersive Technologies is looking for a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Developer & Designer to join our remote team.

We are seeking a professional who can combine strong visual design capabilities with hands-on experience in eLearning development, animation, and interactive digital content creation.

Design and develop engaging multimedia assets, graphics, illustrations, animations, and interactive content for eLearning modules.

Translate instructional storyboards and learning concepts into visually engaging and functional learning experiences.

Create visual prototypes, wireframes, and interactive layouts aligned with project requirements.

Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, and development teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Create and edit 2D animations, videos,



and other digital media assets.

Ensure visual consistency, adherence to client branding guidelines, and quality standards across deliverables.

Incorporate client feedback, troubleshoot design and development challenges, and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar eLearning authoring tools.

Sound understanding of graphic design, visual storytelling, animation, and multimedia production.

Experience developing interactive learning modules using triggers, variables, and customized interactions.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS, UI/UX principles, and web-based design will be an added advantage.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective English communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote working environment.

Prior experience in the eLearning industry, particularly in developing digital learning solutions for corporate or international clients.
