Campus Recruitment Officer
Experience: 1-3 Years in Recruitment / Campus Hiring
Location: Mumbai / Pan India travel as required

We are looking for a proactive and energetic campus recruitment officer to join our HR talent acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with colleges and institutes, conducting campus recruitment activities, generating a robust candidate pipeline, and supporting end-to-end recruitment for entry-level positions.
Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, career talks, and recruitment events.
Source and screen candidates through campus drives, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with the recruitment team.
Maintain and regularly update campus hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment MIS.
Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.




Explore new colleges and institutes in different locations to expand the campus hiring network.
Track campus hiring performance, selection ratios, joining ratios, and source effectiveness.
Travel to colleges/institutes for recruitment activities whenever required.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Comfortable with travel for campus hiring activities.
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, business administration, management, psychology, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
~ Experience in campus recruitment, bulk hiring, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR recruitment .
