Job Description

We are hiring professionals for the US Mortgage Bankruptcy process with hands-on experience in US mortgage bankruptcy operations. The candidate should have working knowledge of bankruptcy chapters, legal documentation, payment history preparation, and mortgage bankruptcy case management.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

1. Handle bankruptcy-related activities including Proof of Claims (POC), Motion for Relief (MFR), PPFN, PCN, NOFC, referrals to release, reaffirmations, and transfer notices.

2. Prepare and review 410A forms and payment histories .

3. Draft Proof of Claim (POC) and Motion for Relief (MFR) documents for attorney review.

4. Understand Chapter 13 guidelines, including plan structure, repayment, discharge, and eligibility.

5.



Manage bankruptcy setup, closure, discharge, corrections, and modifications of key dates across Chapters 7, 11, and 13.

6. Perform plan reviews and SOI reviews while maintaining process accuracy and compliance.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate degree with 15 years of formal education.

- 1–7 years of relevant experience in US Mortgage Bankruptcy / Bankruptcy Operations.

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Solid understanding of US bankruptcy procedures and documentation.

Important Eligibility Criteria

- Mandatory Work From Office – 5 days a week.

- Candidates must be comfortable working in US shifts.

- Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.

- PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are required for profile creation.
