Homeseek Realtors is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Gurugram.
The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, good knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market, and the ability to handle client enquiries, conduct property site visits, and convert potential leads into successful sales.
Client Handling & Sales

- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Accompany clients to project sites, sales galleries, and developer offices whenever required.
- Explain project details, configurations, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Coordinate with developers and sales teams for project information and availability.
- Sales Conversion & Coordination
- Convert qualified leads into successful property bookings and sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated with new project launches, pricing, offers, and developments in the Gurugram real estate market.

- Understand competitor projects and market trends.
- Maintain daily reports of client enquiries, site visits, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Update lead status and client information in the company CRM.

# 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.





- Good knowledge of Gurugram residential projects and locations.
- Comfortable travelling to project locations for client meetings and site visits whenever required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and WhatsApp communication.
