Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, presentable, energetic and ambitious Sales Coordinator with solid communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers and the sales team, handling enquiries, follow-ups, maintaining sales records and providing backend support to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails and other communication channels.

Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads, enquiries and customer requirements.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

Schedule customer meetings, appointments and follow-ups.

Maintain and update customer databases, lead records and sales reports.

Prepare quotations, proposals and other sales-related documents.

Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements and order-related activities.

Track sales leads and follow-up status.

Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with the concerned team.

Maintain proper documentation and records of sales activities.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required.





Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

0 to 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales / Customer Service / Telecalling / Back Office Sales / Sales Support.

Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude can also be considered.

Candidates from Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, Retail, Automobile, Telecom, Customer Service, Inside Sales and Field Sales backgrounds are welcome.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Smart, presentable and confident personality.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and CRM will be an advantage.

Should be energetic, target-oriented and willing to learn.
