About the job
As a Business Development Executive at BlueOcean Healthcare Private Limited, you'll help build recent business opportunities through focused outreach, thoughtful client conversations, and consistent follow-up. You'll represent the company professionally while developing the relationships and market insights needed to support growth.

1. Identify and approach prospective clients through field visits, calls, and other relevant outreach, tailoring your introduction to each conversation.
2. Present the company's offerings clearly, using strong spoken English to explain relevant details and respond to client questions.
3. Build and maintain client relationships by understanding needs, following up promptly, and keeping communication professional.
4. Track leads, meetings, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM so that client information and next steps stay organized.
5. Support sales discussions by preparing proposals or presentation materials and coordinating timely responses to client requests.
6. Gather feedback and market observations during client interactions, sharing useful insights with the team to inform marketing and sales activities.
7. Monitor your outreach and sales pipeline, follow through on agreed actions, and provide clear updates on progress and emerging opportunities. Skill(s) required
