About Kinkob Kreations Kinkob Kreations is a manufacturer and supplier of premium-quality hotel mattresses, hotel bed linen, bath linen, and other hospitality textile products . We serve clients across India and are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our B2B customer base and drive business growth.
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities in the hospitality, hotel, healthcare, and institutional sectors.
Visit potential clients, hotels, resorts, hospitals, and other businesses to promote company products.
Promote and sell hotel mattresses, bedsheets, pillow covers, comforters, towels, and other linen products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client visits, follow-ups, quotations, and sales data.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and current business opportunities.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.
Previous experience in field sales and client visits is preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel .
Hands-on experience in preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing sales data.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi .
Ability to achieve monthly sales targets and work independently.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Must be comfortable with regular field visits and meeting clients.
Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Should be confident in handling B2B clients and business negotiations.
Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
Work Mode: Office + Field Work.
Job Type: Full-Time.
