Unicsi Private Limited is hiring for its e-commerce business and is looking for a customer-focused Sales Executive to support revenue growth, strengthen buyer relationships, and contribute to a high-quality online shopping experience. The successful candidate will work in a fast-moving commercial environment where communication, follow-through, and a practical understanding of customer needs are valued.

Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on sales leads through digital, telephone, and other relevant channels.
- Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products, and guide prospects through the purchase journey.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, orders, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with operations, customer support, and internal teams to resolve queries and support timely fulfilment.
- Work toward assigned sales targets,



identify opportunities for repeat business, and share market feedback with the team.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, retail, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a helpful, confident approach to customers.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize follow-ups, and work independently in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools, spreadsheets, and customer or sales tracking systems.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or online retail will be helpful.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Delhi, offering a fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000. Candidates who combine persistence with sound customer judgment are encouraged to apply.
