Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC and VMC Operator based in Nagpur. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC and VMC machines to produce components according to specified drawings and tolerances. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools, adjusting machine settings, and performing basic preventive maintenance. The operator will inspect finished parts for quality, record production data, and collaborate with supervisors and other team members to ensure safe,



effective workflow and minimal downtime. Adherence to safety standards and housekeeping practices in the machining area is essential.
Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills, including setup, calibration, and safe handling of CNC and VMC machinery.
Candidates should possess Machining and Milling skills for producing precision components and meeting dimensional tolerances.
Candidates should possess Quality Control skills for inspecting parts, using measuring instruments (e.g., Candidates should possess general Machinery knowledge, including basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and understanding of production workflows.
Relevant technical qualification (ITI, Diploma, or equivalent) in Mechanical, Fitter, Machinist, or related trade is preferred.
Experience working with CNC/VMC machines in a manufacturing environment is highly beneficial.
