Hiring Senior Finance (4-7 years) and Cost Controller (4-9 years) professionals with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, P&L;, cash flow, cost control, reporting, and business finance. Experience in E-commerce, Retail, D2C, FMCG, or Consumer Products preferred.

Financial Controllership & Reporting

- Independently manage day-to-day accounting and maintain complete books of accounts.
- Own end-to-end financial controllership and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS and financial reporting to management.
- Review accounting provisions, accruals, reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS and accounting standards.

Analyse cost drivers across Import procurement, operations, logistics, marketing, manpower and other business functions.

- Conduct profitability and margin analysis across products, channels and business segments.
- Evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives, investments and business decisions.

Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process.

- Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts and rolling financial projections.
- Actual and variance analysis.




- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support management decisions.
- Provide actionable financial insights to management for business planning.

Monitor cash flow, collections, payables and working capital.

- Monitor inventory and working capital efficiency.
- Audit, Tax & Statutory Compliance
- Lead statutory, internal and tax audits and coordinate with external auditors and consultants.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Ensure audit readiness and timely closure of audit observations.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and governance frameworks.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate control mechanisms.

Business Finance & Management Support

- Partner with senior management and business teams on financial and commercial decisions.
- Provide financial analysis for pricing, investments, expansion, procurement and cost initiatives.
- Translate financial data into explicit business insights and recommendations.
- Act as a finance business partner to Operations, Sales, Marketing and other functions.

Develop and strengthen finance policies, SOPs and internal controls.

- Drive automation and process improvements across finance operations.
- Improve the accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Lead, mentor and review the performance of the finance team.
- Ensure strong financial discipline across the organization.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance (Senior Finance)
Qualified CA (Cost Controller)
4-9 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, FP&A;, Business Finance, or Controllership.
